Dư nợ cho vay của các ngân hàng trên địa bàn đối với lĩnh vực bât động sản tăng 20% so với thời điểm cuối năm 2008.

Tính đến tháng 9.2009, dư nợ cho vay của các ngân hàng trên địa bàn đối với lĩnh vực bât động sản đạt 75.800 tỉ đồng, chiếm khoảng 14% so với tổng dư nợ cho vay nền kinh tế trên địa bàn và tăng 20% so với thời điểm cuối năm 2008 (thời điểm thị trường bất động sản được coi là đóng băng).
